- At issue in any investigation is not that the "possibility exists",
- but *is there evidence to support such a possibility*. In the
- present situation:
-
- that there is a rock on Mars that vaguely resembles a human face
- is not evidence that it is of "artificial" origin.
-
- that there are a number of rocks on Mars that resemble one another
- is not evidence they have an "artificial" origin.
-
- A funny thing though. Despite the fact that there is currently *no*
- evidence that there is anything of "artificial" origin on Mars (except
- the things we humans have dumped there), we can still "conclude" the
- 'possibility exists' there actually *are* such objects.
-
- Which goes to show just how useless such "conclusions" are.
